Although I got my appointment times mixed up and was late coming straight from work the beautician still gave me a full pedicure, after a stressful day and week overall was nice to be pampered and even offered a glass of wine. My beautician was friendly and talkative, having seen I was quite frustrated.

This is my second visit to this salon for waxing and on both occasions the therapist I had was really friendly and good at waxing.
The salon decor and cleanliness could be improved but they are not significant issues.
I would recommend visiting this salon.

I tried this salon for a shellac mani pedi as it had a discount offer on, which made it amazing value for money.
I was welcomed by a lady who I think is the owner, and seemed very friendly and professional and was very attentive throughout my visit.
Sadly my therapist appeared to be new, and was a bit heavy handed, resulting in bleeding cuticles, which are still swollen a few days later. I’ve not had that problem before, and as much as she really took her time and was very nice, the result isn’t great. My nails are already chipping after a couple days which is probably because they were filed down once the gel was applied, which I did find strange.
The salon may be new as they seemed to be making improvements in terms of furniture, so it could be just a one off. Just a shame as everyone seemed really lovely.

It was a good wax... but I did have to wait 15 mins for the treatment event though I had booked in.
Would recommend the service to others though.. great wax!
