Alexandra was v lovely but after speaking with her, I found out her main areas of expertise are lashes and waxing. This is very evident.
My eyebrows look AWFUL. I feel so ugly and I HATE the way they look.
As soon as I left I was in tears.
For reference, I have bleach blonde hair and came out of my appointment with BLACK eyebrows.
I feel as if bc I was paying with a gift card nd they had already received the money it was as if they off loaded me onto someone who doesn’t specialise in brows.
