Alex is a really nice person. Always greets me with a smile. She is professional but also friendly. I am very happy with my treatment I am amazed at her ability to make my eyebrows look so good. I gave 4 stars for the environment due to the salon layout being less commercial but more personal. I would definitely recommend to a friend or family
