Very disappointed with the service and results. When the staff finally arrived they didn't have seem to have any idea what I was there for- had to repeat at least 3 times what I was there for and still had to keep letting the member of staff know what else needed doing during the treatment. To top off everything the results weren't good, I found patches of hair which had been missed as well as patches of wax which was hard to even wash off after the treatment.
