On the whole my experience at Glam was very good. The only thing that I'd mention was that my hair stylist could have been a bit friendlier. At the start she didn't introduce herself, so I wasn't even sure if she was my stylist as she also washed my hair. She wasn't interested in small talk, but that suited me, as neither am l. I was very happy with my cut, as she listened carefully and understood what l wanted.
