Really unhappy with the whole experience, my lady was late, meaning I began with another woman. Whom I clearly explained to that I wanted natural lashes which went slightly longer at the end, I didn’t want them too full or fake looking. After changing beauticians she clearly didn’t explain to the next woman what I wanted. I was then asked to move to another room halfway through my treatment with my eyes shut. Just so unprofessional. Once it was all finished in the hallway of the salon! My lashes look nothing like I asked for at all, I’ve left with overly full clumpy lashes that do not suit me at all. Total waste of money.

The haircut itself was of quality. The atmosphere, however, was rather quiet compared to other salons I have been to. The price was very good especially as a student trying to find somewhere of quality for as little as possible after coming home for Christmas.

Head massage wasn’t bad but wasn’t amazing. Advertised as 45minutes but was told it was only 30minutes when I arrived. Reasonably priced but I wasn’t particularly blown away. Staff were nice enough.
