It took 1 hours 50 minutes for a regular manicure and pedicure. They are very slow. Lady who did my pedicure was ok but then she had to service another customer. The other lady who did my manicure didn’t even know how to file a nail. It is a pity they even let her do that. Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience. I don’t think i will give a second chance to this place as I spent 2 hours with a very bad service.

Salon was messy and disorganised. I felt pressured into going for a darker colour than I wanted because I was told it would be the colour I actually want within a few washes ... I’ve washed it five times and it’s still jet black and patchy. I went to a salon to get a better job than a box dye - I could have done it myself and got better results for a fraction of the price. Avoid at all costs.

The massage was very relaxing - the room looks newly refurbished (and there's a new hamam spa which they're very proud of, take a look!). And my masseuse was just lovely!
