I felt like I was an inconvenience as soon as I walked in the door. They didn’t have the right tools to remove my previous gels so it took a lot longer - which they then made me feel was another extreme inconvenience.
The first lady was then replaced by another member of staff who was a lot more professional and friendly.
However, overall the experience just wasn’t as professionally done as I would expect.
