She took her time to assess my eyelashes and adapted the treatment to their length and thickness. I have rather long and thick lashes, so required extra time with the treatment solutions on, and quite a lot of glue. This took a while to clean off, some of which she asked me to do (but I didn't mind). The experience would have been further enhanced by some calming background music, as there is a fair amount of waiting with my eyes closed. Overall took longer than expected, but stunning result!

Massage was good and the practitioner was attentive. But the blow dry was very rough, the hairdresser didn’t care much for what she was doing, was shouting in my ear (chatting loudly to colleagues) and sneezed all over me

I've had many lash lifts, usually great results and quite a relaxing service.. however I tried this place for the first time. she was quite rough, my eyes were watering several times (not usually a thing w lash lifts) and after a wash looks non existent. 🤷🏽♀️ pretty average
