Showed up early and they managed to see me sooner than arranged.
It was my first haircut not done by family in about 5-6 years and my anxiety was high, but my stylist was very accommodating and patient with me.
Very happy with the style we ended with and I feel much more comfortable with my hair now 👍🏻

My first time there and I just walked past and enquired. From my first interaction to having my appointment the service and communication is excellent. Tanya has plan to get my hair in good condition after all the damage I've done to it. So happy to have found a reasonably priced place that does such excellent work.

The first two visits I had were better. On the third visit, I had my blonde highlights done with a new hairdresser. I was a little disappointed about the payment. I called there to schedule an appointment, and the receptionist said that I needed to go there for an evaluation. I took a day off just for that, and went there. When I got there, the receptionist didn't call the hairdresser and just gave me a price based on a table. On the day I went to get the highlights done, the hairdresser told me that it would be almost double the price that the receptionist had told me, because I had a lot of hair. And that each bottle of bleach she used would cost £10 more. I explained to her that I had gone there before just for the evaluation and that the receptionist had given me a set price and hadn't told me anything about an extra charge for each bottle of bleach. In the end, I ended up paying almost double the price that they had told me. I thought it was unfair because I had gone there before for an evaluation, and the receptionist didn't even touch my hair or call the hairdresser to evaluate it. The salon closes at 5 pm on Saturday, she started my hair at 2 pm, and of course it wasn't ready by 5 pm, so she used a stronger hydrogen peroxide bleach on the top strands to make it faster. As a result, the strands had a different color and my hair broke a lot on the top. I paid the amount they charged me but I won't be going back.
