I popped in for a fringe trim, the lovely receptionist, I think her name was jasmine, cut my fringe for me, she did it very well, and was a lovely friendly lady.
Great morning hair great wash and blow dry the young lady told me what shampoo and con to use on my hair xx
I have been going to Ghost now for probably over 10 years, I always see Tanya and I’m always made to feel important, she does a fabulous cut and blow dry and is always so professional, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
If I could put no stars I would! Completely messed me around I had an appointment booked for 12:30 and I was there 10 minutes early however just before my time slot I was told that the stylist booked to do my hair is running 45 minutes behind so they asked me to wait, which I could not to as I booked this appointment to be able to have my hair done before an event. Why have appointments booked for certain times well in advance if you can not follow through. This means I’ve had to travel to the salon my day off just to be told they can’t do my appointment which could have been done over the phone and saved me my time. I will never recommend or come to this salon, completely disappointed and frustrated !
Very sweet stylist took great care cutting my hair liked it a lot
