I had a set of cluster lashes applied yesterday, I shortly noticed how wonky they were. They also hurt my eyes whenever I closed my hen and this made it hard to sleep.I went back and asked for a refund + for them to be removed. Not only did they refuse to provide a refund they told me i’d have to pay to get them removed. They were extremely rude and hostile, in the end after a lot of arguments they refunded me half of it (12.50). I’m going to another salon to get them removed. Do not go here!
