The receptionist is lovely cant fault him. My nail tech a very lenient 2 stars if any. My nails were left unbuffed and indented. Subpar job with no personality from the nail tech. It’s as if she didn’t want to be there, you can literally see where my acrylics were before it’s awful! I usually receive great service here such a shame my usual wasn’t there.

I have loved coming here over the past couple years but my last experience was terrible. The reception staff were not great and while getting my manicure done, he cut my cuticles too far back that it started to bleed. I left with sore fingers and poor engagement from the reception staff. To make things worse, my gel polish has already started to peel and it has only been 3 days! Very disappointed.
