Treatment was relatively well done and efficient but the atmosphere was so uncomfortable and tense. The beauty therapist was so curt, barely spoke to me and just walked away when she was finished. There is also a strange approach to payment - you have to pay by bank transfer or cash and they tell you as if it is the most obvious point and you were stupid for not knowing. They then ask for proof of payment as though they are suspicious of you. Very strange. Poor customer experience all round.
