I have been a loyal customer here for a couple of years now. Recently though their standards have considerably dropped. I had a french manicure done but within a couple of days the shellac chipped! I called to arrange it to get fixed though they cancelled last minute due to an incident. I overlooked it, hoping my next appointment would be better. Booked a pedicure and infills, couldn’t help feeling they were rushing me. I asked for a specific technician to do my hands and feet, which I asked 2 weeks before. Turned up, they put me with two completely different technicians. I asked for them to stick with my original request, they completely ignored me. Pedicure was ok, cough the nail colour had smudged after inspecting it. Infills were horrendous- shellac nail colour was all over my fingers, asked for oval was given sharp points instead. The technician could not speak any English! It was more painful than relaxing. Overall finish was worse than me doing it myself. Sorry but you have just lost a very loyal customer. Going elsewhere, avoid at all costs.
