it was an offer for only £17.50 /45 min pedicure booked through treetwell. Customer service ZERO, the treatment last 20 min instead of 45 ( l have checked the time) now l understand why there was no clients ? The tecnician was rushing doing the treatment, l felt unconfortable on that chair and nearly at the end l find out that l could move it back with the remote control. The result was that l smashed the coulor on my way to the drynail machine. Couldn’ t tell her as she disappeared!Never AGAIN

The nail tech rushed the job. She didnt apply the polymer neatly and it looks mis-shaped. It was my first time getting my nails done and im not that impressed. I will be doing my nails elsewhere.

The nail technician ‘Ruby’ had a disgusting attitude from the start. She first abruptly told me to sit down onto a chair and throughout the whole pedicure process, she kept throwing the materials around aggressively, tutting whenever I didn’t position myself the way she wanted and rushed through it all. When I came home I saw that the nail polish was bumpy in places and overall a very poor finish. She was so unprofessional and rude. I should have followed the recent reviews, not returning.

This is my go to spot but the last few times have unfortunately not been as great. I had to ask my technician to reshape and paint my nails a few times because they didn’t match what I wanted at all and still ended up with nails that were slightly misshapen and not what I wanted, but I didn’t have the time to get them fixed again!

Horrible. The person didn't push my cuticle to start applying the acrylic powder, the finishing job was bad done, they do our nails in rush and isn't cheap £40.00 they should do the work properly. My nails was done Saturday and it is Monday, I have to get my nails done again.
