She was lovely and super nice, but they didn’t offer the gel nail extension that I paid for in advance ???? So they put on acrylics and then charged me more because I said I didn’t want acrylics but had to put them back on again because they didn’t have gel... do not recommend and I’m really sad I wasted money as I need to get them done again now...

Didn’t feel that the staff were professional. When choosing colours, I had to change it 3 times due to them not having the colours I wanted available. The machinery they use to take the nails off was not used correctly as it kept being used on my skin around the nails as opposed to the nail itself. Please train your staff properly - will not be returning

Not the best results for a pedicure - had to get another tech to step in and redo! Fine the second time around…shame because I’ve had a pleasant experience every other time!
