The salon is small and welcoming. There is nothing pretentious about the place, just good friendly service; they always make an effort to remember you, and will squeeze people in at short notice to help them out.
The owner of the salon is fabulous and professional, and all the staff she has working for her have been equally charming. I've had my hair cut and blow dried there numerous times and have always been delighted by how well they listen to exactly what I want, and the care they take over my blow dry - ensuring I always leave feeling great. I decided to switch from my usual brow salon and try Friends for my tint and threading and they did an excellent job.
I can't speak highly enough of this salon. Also great low prices!

Been visiting this salon for over a year. The owner is polite and friendly. Had eyelash extensions a year ago but left in agony as I could not even blink without pain from GRIT!! Large blobs of glue left in situ causing pain. Spent all night using olive oil on cotton wool to dislodge extensions. Visited on 2/7/2016 . Asked for hairwash & cut but spanish lady decided to prep me for hair colour. She was obviously not listening. I repeated mu request. She washed my hair and decided to cut it how SHE thought best. My wishes were not sought. She cut it too short and when I pointed this out both she & the owner said it will grow back!! I asked if they could shave it all off as it will grow back. Told it will eventually grow into a lovely shape. I wanted a lovely shape on the day, not a wait of weeks/months! Wont be returning nor recommending them.
