I contacted the lady 1hr before to say i was running late for my appointment to which she responded "take your time". However when i arrived i could not find the place. Google maps had lead me to a betting shop. I called her mobile many times and left a voicemail but she never got back to me. So i was unable to have my wax. I will recommend her because it is extremely unprofessional to not answer the phone!

The staff is very welcoming. The salon is quite small and cramped, but was ok.. My haircut ended up being shorter than I expected, but overall I was pleased with it.
