I visited the salon today and I am extremely pleased with my new hairstyle! My stylist was Andreas and he was really friendly and gave me his ideas of what would be best for my hair, but wasn't pushy. There was a really calm atmosphere in the salon and I felt welcomed and well looked after.
Will definitely be going back.
Happy with both the colour and cut - and the price! Great range of products, cool salon and nice staff. Magazines could do with updating!
My minor administrative complaints: I didn't receive a reply to attempts at email/online booking (supposedly the preferred methods) after two weeks and had to call. Also, I was told I needed to come for a consultation 48 hours before my appointment so that I could have a colour test, but it ended up being a waste of time as no colour test was performed and I was consulted for a second time when I came in for my actual appointment anyway.
I loved my stylist, Nathan, who took time over my consultation and listened to what I wanted.
He convinced me that I should get a color whilst I was there (great sales technique) and I'm so glad that he did, I loved it!
I've also been toying with the idea of a fringe forever and never been brave enough to do it.
He never once pushed me into it but suggested it would look cute and that it would suit me.
Convinced, I took the plunge and have neevr been happier walking out a salon with a new barnet!
I'm so pleased with both the colour, the cut and my new fringe, and all my friends LOVE my new look too.
Will definitely be going back!
Don't judge a book by its cover! Salon is tucked away behind dodgy looking doors, but inside is a super little salon - not very busy which I liked, funky relaxing music - hairdresser was good, great shampoo and massage. Treatment was wonderful. Only downside was I did feel slightly pressured to buy a product.
My stylist was very friendly and lovely and gave me a really nice hair cut. The salon was cosy and the staff very friendly. I will definitely reccommend this salon to all my friends and the treatments they offer. People commented on my hair and how nice it was styled so that makes me want to return for my next appointment
