Very happy with cut. My hairdresser, Rika, was very friendly and professional. She listened well to what I was after and confirmed back to me to ensure there was no misunderstanding. Overall great value and I appreciated the 50% off my next service.
Hairdresser was great, he gave me exactly what I wanted and made sure that he didn't cut anything unless I approved. Best cut of the year and very good value too. My hair was soft and full of volume after. Little hard to find, but the place had a nice feel to it and staff were so friendly and helpful.
The salon had changed it's telpehone number and the new number was not accessible for several weeks and therefore, I could not make an appointment.
Wananda kindly offered a refund which I am expecting any time now.
I have used Wahanda vouchers on several occassions and this is the first, and hopefully the only, negative experience.
I went to Francesco Piccardi for the first time to have my haircut and treatment done. My therapist was polite and talkative but don't think she did a good job. Although I asked her to keep the length, it's really hard to notice any difference in my hair and I feel that I wasted of money.
A small back street salon that was quite a distance from any station which concerned me as i am used to big salons BUT they were very helpful and helped me chose the right color. The colourist was lovely and the color was exactly what i wanted. They really went the extra mile - dont let the salon fool you.
