I had a really lovely experience in the salon, it was a great way to get my hair done and enjoy some relaxation time at the same time. The deal was great value and the service and experience was great, I would definitely recommend and go back again. I love my new colour and the treatment has made my hair lovely and silky smooth as well.
Visited on a cold Sunday and really liked everything about the salon. Haircut was very good. Actually it has been the best I have had for such a long time! Will definitely visit again!
First time into Francesco Picardi salon, I was welcomed directly by him,at the salon door and straight away looked after . I had a hair cut, keratin treatment , complementary wine and i also got some typical italian panettone offered by Francesco.I have also booked an additional innovative colouring treatment called INOA, which it's an ammonia free product,very natural,with had no smell and amazingly never cause any scalp itching! I was very pleased about the impeccable customer service i received from Francesco, with his own advice regarding the choice of the colour. Also i was very pleased by Rika hair cut and caring attitude. She was very attentive and corcerned that i was happy with my treatment nad she made sure that i had a memorable experience. I have given another 50% discount from the next appointment which i will definitely have in the salon
The place looked nice though difficult to find because there was no sign on the outside. Andreas, the hairdresser was really nice and helpful, he gave me ideas and I am happy with the result. I am disappointed by the fact that I didn't get a good service while I was trying to book the appointment; after two emails and several phone-calls where the staff was indifferent and was telling me that there are no appointments available until January, I managed to talk to a nice lady who booked me in after two days.
I am so dissappointed. This is the worst salon I have been to so far in my life. I had to choose an appointment, because this was the only available time and they gave priorites to their clients. I only had one hour for washing, hair treatment and blow dry, and I was asked to pay more if I want the hairdresser to spend more time doing my hair. My hair is quite curly and I wasn't told that I had to pay any extra if I need it to be staightened. Anyhow, I don't think I would go there again, because I didn't like the results.
