Highly recommended!! Louisa is so welcoming and professional. I went to her for my first ever massage, and so I was a little nervous, but she immediately put me at ease. The therapy room is spotless and comfortable, with lots of nice touches like gentle organic essential oils and soft candlelight. I've gone back to FET several times since, and each time come away feeling relaxed and pampered! I really like the fact Louisa makes communicating what needs attention so easy. *Definitely* recommended for anyone with specific issues, as she takes the time to discuss where the deep knots are!
Very professional, friendly and passionate about the massage therapist with up to date certicate. Learning new techniquesu so that you have more choices next time. Spending time gathering information about you and your body to apply right massage. Very responsible.
Loved it! Louisa is a great therapist. She is very professional in her work and her care and thoughtfulness make her therapy sessions a really good experience. She was able to work around a prior medical condition I have which she was knowledgable and informed about and she even suggested some exercises for me to do in between my appointments. I would certainly recommend her services.
I loved my massage at Four Elements. Louisa was fantastic. Her friendly, down to earth nature really helped me relax throughout my massage. She was very knowledgeable about my needs and after a few massage sessions, I notice a positive change with my body - especially my problem area, my legs.
The room was clean, calm and relaxing. She was very flexible with booking times and was always polite and professional when replying to my enquiries. I would highly recommend Louisa and Four Elements Therapies!
