This impressive list of qualifications is reflected in Louisa's selection of treatments which ranges from sumptuous relaxing techniques to more focused treatments with rocking, stretching and movement therapy to relieve tension and stress from both the body and mind.

The Telegraph Hill Centre is a wonderful local community centre providing many activities for all ages including a range of talking and physical therapies.
Unfortunately at the moment, due to covid-19 restrictions we have had to go for a more minimalistic set up and remove the plants and rugs from the room. Thankful this doesn't affect the actual massage!
I care a lot about your safety and I comply will all of the government and GCMT advice regarding PPE. I will be wearing a mask, apron and visor for your treatment plus gloves. This seems a bit weird at first but you will get used to it in no time. I have a registered QR code from the Test and Trace app which you are most welcome to scan when you get here.
I also have a very through cleaning routine but please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions regarding this or PPE.
To get here, from Kitto Rd, walk up the steps beside the Hill Cafe towards the nursery and keep heading left. You should see a sign towards the Telegraph Hill Centre.
From Pepys Rd, walk into the church yard and you should see the centre straight ahead.
Please call when you arrive for your appointment as there is no longer a waiting room due to Covid-19 restrictions. Please arrive as close to your massage time as possible.
