Nestled inside The Telegraph Hill Centre, in a quiet corner, sits the Parlour Room where Louisa at Four Elements Therapies offers client focused massage, remedial and holistic therapy alongside specialist supportive treatments and Aromatherapy.

A member of the Complementary and Natural Therapies Council, Federation of Holistic Therapists and Massage Therapy Institute, Louisa has qualifications covering holistic massage, anatomy and pathology, pregnancy massage, sports massage, oncology massage, aromatherapy, manual lymphatic drainage, Thai Yoga Massage, ScarWork™️ and soft tissue dysfunction specialising in TMJ, headaches and whiplash from the London School of Massage, Bodyology School of Massage and Susan Findlay at the NLSSM.

This impressive list of qualifications is reflected in Louisa's selection of treatments which ranges from sumptuous relaxing techniques to more focused treatments with rocking, stretching and movement therapy to relieve tension and stress from both the body and mind.

From Pepys Rd, walk into the church yard and you should see the centre straight ahead.
