Welcome to Touch of the Divine, a warm and welcoming holistic wellbeing space offering Holistic & Swedish Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Access Bars® and Rahanni Celestial Healing.
Our private treatment room is located inside The Sunflower Centre, a welcoming holistic wellbeing centre close to Hilly Fields Park. It offers a peaceful and comfortable environment where you can step away from the busyness of everyday life and take some time for yourself.
Carmen is an ITEC Level 3 Holistic & Swedish Massage Therapist, fully insured through Westminster Insurance and a full member of the Federation of Holistic Therapies (FHT).

Swedish Full-Body Massage
Our signature Holistic Swedish Full-Body Massage uses flowing, rhythmic movements and gentle kneading with light-to-medium pressure.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
A gentle, slow and rhythmic massage using light, flowing movements to support the natural movement of lymphatic fluid and promote relaxation and overall wellbeing.
MLD is a very gentle treatment and is not Brazilian Lymphatic Massage or a body-sculpting treatment. It is a beautiful choice for those looking for a calming and restorative experience.
For new clients, time is included at the beginning of the appointment for a consultation, so we can discuss your needs and make sure the treatment is appropriate for you.
Please note: MLD may not be suitable for everyone. Please disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications, recent surgery or other health concerns during your consultation. Where appropriate, you may be advised to seek medical advice before treatment.
Access Bars®
A gentle holistic modality involving light touch on 32 points on the head.
A peaceful experience for anyone who feels mentally busy, overwhelmed or simply wants some time to switch off, relax and create space.
Rahanni Celestial Healing
A gentle, heart-centred energy healing practice focused on love, compassion, peace and spiritual wellbeing.

The Sunflower Centre has two entrances, so please don't worry if you see more than one way into the building.
Coming from the Hilly Fields Park side?
This is the entrance to The Sunflower Centre.
The entrance through the courtyard leads you to the Centre's reception. Once inside, please check in at reception and you will be directed to the treatment room.
I have added photos of both entrances to help you recognise the Centre easily when you arrive.
For your first visit, please allow yourself a few extra minutes to find the entrance and settle in comfortably.

Please note: Massage treatments at Touch of the Divine are focused on relaxation and general wellbeing. We currently do not offer clinical deep-tissue or sports massage.
