I booked a polish session and was pretty disappointed. It is customary is most places to at least file the nails. The beautician completely skipped it, and when I asked her to file ONE nail that really needed it, she wasn't pleased. The colour selection was also very limited.

I got a Swedish massage on a weekday morning. I liked the end result but it did hurt at times! This was my first time ever at a spa or getting a massage so I was naive not to ask to tune the pressure or to focus on a particular area. Reading some online reviews I realise that is what I should have done in hindsight. I would have expected that having told them I was new to the experience the therapist would have asked the question..but no, she got going right away. That said, the ambience was good and the receptionist was very courteous so I have given an average rating.
Swedish Massage
Rabeya was very professional and thorough. She also tried her best to ensure the pain was minimised.
Not too sure about the waxing room, as it did not have as much privacy as I would like.
Ladies' Waxing
The ambience was okay - nothing spectacular but can't expect more for the price
Massage was also mediocre - I would only recommend going here if you get a good discount voucher and it's cheap
