Excellent massage, she knew her thing, was informative and explained the massage to me. That's a good touch given it was a post exercise sports massage to get out the tension areas.

The venue was quick to find - it is about a minute walk from West India Quays DLR station. There was a bit of a faff about at the beginning with the receptionist asking me how much I paid for the treatment when I did not remember as I had booked the appointment 3 weeks ago. However, once the treatment began it was all good.
Claire was very good - she was bubbly, approachable and very detailed with the pedicure. I had the Luxury Pedicure which involved cutting the nails, sorting out the cuticles, filing, scrubbing dead skin off my heels, moisturising and finally applying the polish. The entire process took 45 minutes.
The venue is very clean. All the utensils were clean and after my treatment, the beautician went to clean the tools/utensils straight away and went to clean the foot bath.
I left happy with my pedicure and will be returning.
