The therapist for intimate waxing seemed very overworked - no smiles and very business like attitude. She definitely seemed to know her job but the lack of warmth was making intimate waxing, which is already a super painful experience, even harder.
Otherwise it is an excellent venue.
I booked on Treatwell with a specific therapist whom I'd been with before, and I'd known to be good. When I arrived at the reception I told them who I was there to see, the girl just smiled and said they'd find me someone to do my massage, I again explained I'd booked with a specific therapist but she just laughed and got somebody else. If they'd told me that the therapist I'd booked with was ill that would be one thing, perhaps I could have re-arranged but they said nothing and acted as though booking a specific person wasn't serious. What's the point in having the option on the website if that's the case? In the end the massage wasn't as good as with whom I'd previously seen and specifically booked. The lady who did the massage didn't put any music on so it wasn't as relaxing as usual. Pretty disappointed really.
