It was a terrible experience!! I was very disappointed! For the first 5-10 minutes of my treatment my masseuse was texting on her phone (which was not even on silence so I could hear it) and pretending to massage me with one hand. I asked her to stop and requested another therapist. The lady from reception found me another masseuse but decided to cut my treatment with 15 minutes as if I was guilty that the previous therapist was on the phone instead of doing her job! Very poor customer service! I am very disappointed!
