The therapist was nice, but the pressure applied during the course of the massage on the back was not as good as the last massage I've had at the same place. The head and shoulder massage was good, though the treatment started 5mins late but ended in 25mins.

It was a terrible experience!! I was very disappointed! For the first 5-10 minutes of my treatment my masseuse was texting on her phone (which was not even on silence so I could hear it) and pretending to massage me with one hand. I asked her to stop and requested another therapist. The lady from reception found me another masseuse but decided to cut my treatment with 15 minutes as if I was guilty that the previous therapist was on the phone instead of doing her job! Very poor customer service! I am very disappointed!
