Best way to get there is the overground at Canary Warf, any other way could be confusing. It is not fancy by any means or necessarily spa like. But the woman gave me a very good therapeutic massage and was aware of what was going on with me though not necessarily knowing what to do with it. Language could be part of the issue. But overall, I am really glad I went and it definitely helped!

The overall experience was not worth the money, no communication between staff member as I was stopped after the massage to eee if I paid or not. The massage room was just ok but there wasn't any background music that you would expect when you go for a massage. All I could hear was the construction noise next door from time to time and the radio from the reception. Will not return
