Good massage. Atmosphere could be a little better - calming music in the room. I was running late and they were ok to still see me which was a relief as I'd travelled 45mins to get there!

I was a few days overdue and wanted to try reflexology and acupuncture to help out with labour. I wasn't really sure it would help but gave it a go. The doctor was amazing and very attentive. It was incredible to see the belly's reaction when the doctor was working on the pressure points.
Although I am not sure the treatments kick-started labour, they for sure shortened it and made the process faster- from start of mild contractions to full natural birth without the need of painkillers in less than 24hrs.
