Haircut was fine - I've had both better and worse. The hairdresser Jana seemed nice, but was not particularly careful or attentive. She yanked my hair around, knocked my head with the hairbrush a lot, cut too much off and didn't check in. For example, I didn't really want the long blow dry and found that hard to communicate.
