Overall, was a positive experience. Had a pleasant chatty stylist cut my hair (Jana), she offered me good advice as to what I should do next to my hair. Would have loved a little bit more voluminous finish but that may lie on me not making that clear enough. I found it to be good value for money and they did exactly what I asked in regards to the cut. Communication prior to my appointment was great and helpful. Will definitely be returning for my next cut/colour. Ps this doesn’t deduct from my overall positive experience nor is it an obligation, but I do love a coffee when I get my hair done! Just a nice little detail. Would definitely recommend this salon, I actually used them through a recommendation also.
