An earlier appointment overran, which would have been fine if I had been greeted properly and asked to come back in 30 minutes. It also meant I didn't get a proper consultation. I came away with something I didn't want and the whole experience was rushed. The lady was rather rude too; she scolded me unnecessarily throughout the appointment and eye rolled when I couldn't hear her over the blast of the hairdryer. The cut did turn out alright albeit not what I wanted and I definitely wouldn't go back.
