The room and table were absolutely filthy, covered in wax from previous appointments. The therapist was okay, but clearly not that experienced and there was no light in the room for her to see what she was doing. I’m quite in shock from the whole experience, i honestly can’t believe a salon could get away with such a filthy environment. The salon downstairs looks okay, but the rooms upstairs were awful.
