I came in the other day for a blow dry with a junior. I wasn’t spoken to the whole time other than to ask about patrician. Really did pull on my hair and when blow drying did brush my eye twice. But look she’s training and seemed nice just wish there was more of a friendly vibe like headmasters salons as they were chatting to other clients. But my hair did turn out lovely just the experience wasn’t the best, about a 7/10
