Great products & colourist- Maryam is fantastic and a true professional. It would have been nice to see colour swatches, instead I showed pictures of what I wanted and was told, no. My hair looks beautiful and was done fantastically for what it is. However.
The salon was cold, outdated and didn’t feel welcoming or friendly, sadly. I didn’t get an ombré, it was a balayage redo of what I’ve always had. I wanted a full block of colour, I asked for a bold, bright new look. I was also told my result was more classy, and to be honest I’m fed up of being told what I should be getting, not what I want as a paying customer.
I was then charged more than what toner is advertised for for a full head. Won’t be going back.

Fantastic deep cleansing facial! So relaxing and my face feels brand new. The facial includes eyebrow threading as well. Amitha is amazing, each step is done with so much care and precision. I can’t wait to come back again soon!
