Great products & colourist- Maryam is fantastic and a true professional. It would have been nice to see colour swatches, instead I showed pictures of what I wanted and was told, no. My hair looks beautiful and was done fantastically for what it is. However.
The salon was cold, outdated and didn’t feel welcoming or friendly, sadly. I didn’t get an ombré, it was a balayage redo of what I’ve always had. I wanted a full block of colour, I asked for a bold, bright new look. I was also told my result was more classy, and to be honest I’m fed up of being told what I should be getting, not what I want as a paying customer.
I was then charged more than what toner is advertised for for a full head. Won’t be going back.
