I have been going to Olsi for a year and a half - even though I don't live close to the salon. My hair colour was not great when I started with him and was going very grey very quickly - Olsi made my hair look fantastic. The colour is always perfect and his approach to my roots means it's not as obvious when I get new growth. Highly recommend!

Double dipping and strip wax. Not worth saving a couple of pounds. The end result was fine but the this was advertised as a hot wax and the therapist used strip wax for 80% of it, which was btw super painful. She could barely speak English and when I asked her about the strip wax situation she just held the used wax strips in my face and said “very thick” several times. Hot wax was used on the inner bit (Hollywood) but she only used one spatula for the whole wax! Double dipping big time. Gross.
