The staff are very nice. The place itself is also very nice. I have been twice to have a Hollywood wax with two separate beauticians. Both times, there has been patches of hair left. The overall experience is good (which is why I went back) but, the actual finish of the treatment isn't complete as I have to go home and shave away the patches that are left.
