This place was fine but nothing special. The beautician was polite but quite brisk and silent and did not ask about the temperature of the wax. It really was too hot for the duration of the wax and felt like it was burning me - but when I mentioned it the beautician was not able to turn it down and said it was on the coolest setting. Maybe different wax/wax heater is needed...? The place was clean however just a thin paper sheet covered the waxing table. It wasn't a terrible experience but the lack of service in relation to these aspects means I'm unlikely to return.

Denied that I had a booking when I arrived. Showed then confirmation email and they said we should have called to confirm! Incompetent and rude. They were unable to provide the treatment paid for.

Had a lovely day at the fairmont spa, lovely facilities and as me and my cousin were the only one's there it was nice. Could be small if more people were sharing, only downside was the jacuzzi was cold which took some getting used to.
