We ended up getting a different treatment package to the one I purchased. It turned out to be in our favour, but to avoid any mix-ups, I would suggest confirming what is included in your package when you arrive.

I bought my mum a Fairmont spa package for Mother's Day, she had a lovely time and enjoyed the treatments so I would bookit again. She said the downsides were the jacuzzi was cold and the staff seemed a little disorganised, but neither of these affected her enjoyment, she had a relaxing day all the same. Really great value too.

Always a lovely experience going to Fairmont spa, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The treatment itself was good but it could have done with more pressure as with traditional Indian head massages. My fault, I should have said and I'm sure she would have increased the pressure. Would still recommend Fairmont everytime.

Massage was really really nice, only downside is the room seems to be next to a staff room or something so every now and again you can hear people laughing or talking, not their fault but can be a little off putting sometimes. The 80 minute massage was perfect, great pressure and so relaxing I could have fallen asleep! Defo would go again!
