Staff were not welcoming. In my opinion it is not a spa, it is a treatment room in effect with the so-called spa area simply a place to prepare for treatment and not to relax. Had to eat my lunch sitting on a treatment bed as nowhere to relax. Felt awkward. Facilities v poor. The girl who did the treatment was nice though.

Treatment day for two! Lovely and relaxing.
We did not get jacuzzi as it was not working and I don't think we received a Indian head massage. We did however have a wonderful lunch from a local deli.
