treatments were good, one complaint though during the facial, the beautician started to extract blackheads which was fine, but at times hurt and she got frustrated by me flinching and at one point even said oh come on!, I explained it hurt and she said I know I've had it before, I felt this attitude to be rude and not a way to speak to a client, instead of apologising or even consider stopping would have been more appropriate this was a pity as I have been very happy with treatments in the past, but sadly this incident has put me off slightly, otherwise though all other treatments were good and beauticians were engaging and friendly.

The wax was very quick and of a good quality. However the experience was somewhat ruined by another customer walking in while I was having my wax which I feel is completely unacceptable and it was not handled very well by the staff.

Noisy environment during treatment. Good result though of facial. As I walked in the member of staff at the front desk walked away to the back - customer service in that respect not great. Although I had booked on Treatwell - charged me full price until I realised. The lady who did my facial was great - result was pleasing.
