Staff made me feel welcome as soon as I entered. My treatment began 15 minutes early then my scheduled appointment, which was a bonus! The staff was very professional and ensured that everything was ready prior to treatment starting so she didn't not keep on going in and out of the room. The ambience was very comforting and the music made me feel very relaxed.

I always get my waxing done here. It's quick, efficient and about as pain free as it gets (which isn't very, but they do it well).
And I like to treat myself to a massage after as a treat for going through the pain!
