I've been here several times and never had a problem but this time my waxing experience was different. Wax was stuck to me and twizzers had to be used to remove used to it plus the wax was too hot, really felt like my skin was burning. Was a very uncomfortable experience.
The facial was brilliant, the extraction of as painful but the results made it worth it, I have such smooth skin now.

This is actually a review from June. I booked in for a top up on my laser . My appointment was at six and I don't have an issue with someone running late as long as I am told. Whilst I was waiting two girls walked in to see if they could get their eyebrows done and the receptionist said yes. A few minutes later I was asked to go to a room and get ready for my legs to be lasered. Ten minutes later I was still waiting. I went to the door and asked what was happening. I was literally shoved back in and told she would be with me shortly. Five minutes later nothing. I asked again and was told just a few more minutes. Turns out my therapist was doing the two girls eyebrows. Bad customer service and I walked out and won't return. There is a reason this place is cheap and that is because they don't know how to treat customers
