Kelli, who has done my wax previously was lovely as always. Always makes me feel comfortable, checks to see if I'm okay during the wax & is just very polite and pleasant.

4 days on and my toe nails and finger nails Have chipped. I know that they ran out of the proper top coat during my treatment so I had some Other dodgy top coat put on.i was rushed at the end as someone else was waiting meaning my shellac nails were still tacky from where they hadn't been finished properly. In fairness to the staff they were very pleasant and friendly and accommodated my baby in her pushchair. I think they were put under pressure and don't think they were bad at all. Just a shame it was dirty (the heat lamp is disgusting) and the products weren't up to scratch. It's a real shame but my shellac normally lasts at least 10-12 days .
