Disappointing! The chairs in the "waiting area" are so uncomfortable, their stools you would have at a breakfast bar! Then we go to sit for my hair appointment and those chairs are even more uncomfortable! I sat for an hour in silence as the stylist made no effort to chat. Didn't offer anything to read either. I said take off as much as needed to neaten it up and make it healthy, an inch later I look no different. By that point I couldn't wait to get out of that chair and relax having a full pedicure only to find out my £24 pedicure with spa was sat on the same uncomfortable chair in the corner of the room with my feet in a vibrating bucket! The girl doing the pedicure was nice and hated and offered mags but by the time she had finished and I'd waited 15 mins for it to dry I had to get out of there and ended up smudging the polish so £56 later my hair is exactly the same, my back is killing me and I have to redo my polish myself. First time in a year after having my little boy that I had time and money to treat myself. So disappointed!

The lady that did my haircut was nice and friendly. She gave me some good advice. However, I paid for re-style and did not get one.
