Had a spray tan and it came out awful, the girl didn't spray my legs so half my leg was white, my feet were orange and and my hands were orange with white in between my fingers. I had to wash my hands in bleach to help remove the tan. I phoned up and complained and was told I had to come in, so I did and they could see the tan was really bad, they re sprayed the white area but when I woke the next day it still wasn't good. I complained again and was told that I wasn't allowed a refund because they couldn't see any fault with their machines or products, despite themselves seeing how bad the tan was. I had been coming here for two years, I don't know if it's under new management or the new girls are just not trained enough but after their awful customer service I won't be returning. There are plenty other spray tan places that offer the same service for the same price.

I had a wonderful 60m stress less massage with Kelli - an hour of complete relaxation, she really got into the knots in my shoulders, felt lighter afterwards. Looking forward to another visit.
